Palm,
Founded in 1967, ART COLOGNE is one of the most established contemporary art fairs in Germany, where it is held annually with the participation of around two hundred and fifty international galleries. Modern classics are exhibited and also, and above all, art dated from the sixties to the present.
In 2007, this event inaugurated a branch at the Son Sant Joan Airport exhibition center in Palma de Mallorca and then the project did not hold a second edition. Now, almost two decades later, ART COLOGNE returns to the island: it will be from April 9 to 12, and in a new headquarters, the Palau de Congressos Palma Bay, a neobrutalist building designed by Francisco Mangado and completed in 2017. It is located next to the sea, a few steps from the Cathedral and the center of the Balearic capital.
In launching ART COLOGNE PALMA MALLORCA, the German exhibition has had the support of the Art Palma Contemporani gallery association, the Government of the Balearic Islands and the Palma City Council.
